Sauerkraut Balls

16 ounces sausage, crumbled (Best if you use a good name brand)
½ cup finely chopped onions
1 (14 ounce) can Sno-Floss sauerkraut (squeeze dry and snip fine)
4 teaspoons breadcrumbs
1 ½ (12 ounces) package cream cheese (can use low fat kind)
4 teaspoons parsley
4 Teaspoons prepared mustard
4 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
4 Teaspoons Salt
4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup flour
4 beaten eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 cup breadcrumbs
1. Cook sausage and onion until meat is brown.
2. Drain.
3. Add sauerkraut and 4 Tablespoons bread crumbs to the mixture.
4. Combine cream cheese, parsley, mustard, garlic, salt and pepper.
5. Add to sauerkraut mixture.
6. Chill one hour.
7. Form into small balls and coat with flour.
8. Dip in egg-milk mixture and roll in bread crumbs.
9. Fry in deep fat until brown (can be frozen at this point)
10. If frozen bake in a 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes
Can be heated 30 to 40 seconds in microwave if not frozen.
SERVE HOT.
Honey-Mustard Dipping Sauce

1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt

ingredients together.
